National Restoration specializes in commercial and industrial restoration and repair. Through many years of experience, we have developed the Protection Promise™. With this program, we promise to serve you from the immediate emergency response through the post construction cleanup after rebuild.

When you experience an emergency, the corporate management team at National Restoration have created the Protection Promise™ and will help you create an emergency procedural plan to minimize your exposure and decrease business interruption. By joining our Protection Promise™ program, you will benefit from the services we offer our customers.

When there is a loss, the services that accompany National's Protection Promise™ are:

• 24 hours a day, 7 days per week Emergency response time.
• Written restoration protocol prior to commencement of work.
• Moisture control and thermal imaging report.
• Immediate protection of your assets.
• Access to your project information (photos, sketches, reports, etc.) on our proprietary software.
• Written Damage Scope within 24 hours of initial site visit
• Initiate Safety Procedures and Minimize Hazards
• Pre-Loss Risk Management Planning

When you enroll in our Protection Promise™ program, a team of our specialists will visit and inspect your property. During this inspection they will help identify potential hazards and make suggestions for any necessary repairs. Once the site visit is completed, National Specialists will help you develop an "emergency action plan" when a loss occurs. We will also help create a control plan that will include all your emergency contacts, decision makers and pertinent municipality contacts. This control plan will assist your management team and expedite an emergency response.
