The damage was caused by a toilet overflow. The office
building suffered damaged throughout the first floor. The water affected the flooring, drywall and insulation. |

The fire occurred on a Saturday morning in the sandwich shop next to the restaurant. The fireman cut a hole in the fire wall and roof causing water and smoke damage throughout. We arrived on scene by 10 am and were able to repair and open the restaurant by 6:00pm the same evening. |

A basement wall, approx. 15 feet long, collapsed causing severe structural damage to the property. Negligence from previous contractors caused this damage to occur. We were contracted to repair the foundation and perimeter drain to prevent further damage. Once work was complete, we
were then contracted to renovate the entire house from basement to roof. |

The basement was just finished and the property suffered major water damage from a broken water pipe. When we arrived at the scene on there was 2 inches of water throughout the basement. Carpets and wood floors throughout were damaged and water wicked up drywall. The basement had to
be flood cut 2 feet high around perimeter. |

AAMCO building had roof ripped back from heavy wind damage. The roof was peeled back and caused water damage throughout the building. We removed the entire roof and replaced it. |
