National Restoration Rebuild Process

We at National Restoration are a full service restoration contractor. We work with owner through each step of the process with pressuring them to make a decision.

• Once the emergency services are performed, if the property owner chooses, we prepare a structural estimate.
• We reach an agreed scope with property owner and insurance company.
• Once an agreed scope is reached, we appoint a Project Manager to oversee project.
• Once a Project Manager is appointed, we retain an architect to draw the plans for the rebuild.
• Once plans are completed, we apply for permitting with local municipality.
• Project manager prepares budgets and interviews subcontractors for plumbing, electrical and heating and cooling.
• Once permits are issued, National Restoration begins the rebuild process and prepares a construction schedule for property owner.
• Property owner makes all selections within their allowable budget.
• Construction meetings are held to discuss change orders or unforeseen problems.
