Infrared Camera (IR) – NRFS has trained personnel able to operate our Infrared Camera to help in assisting you in your claim. The camera is able to see what the naked eye cannot. It cuts down on the costs of unnecessary demolition, and is able to provide peace of mind by displaying what may or may not be hiding behind the walls.

Odor Control / Ozone - After demolition and cleaning, it may be necessary to Fog or Deodorize the structure. We have a portable Ozone Machine as well, which will eliminate all odors completely.

Our professionals are experienced in determining the source and neutralizing the source through various methods and chemicals.

Contents Packing & Inventory - Certain circumstances in fire or flood claims make it necessary for personal contents to be packed and moved to an off-site storage facility during the repairs to your home or business. Our trained in house technicians will inventory, pack and securely move all of your personal contents. We also provide a detailed Excel Inventory Spreadsheet, and Digital Photos to the homeowner as well as the insurance adjuster.
 
Smoke & Soot Cleaning - Thankfully there are fires that cause only minimal structural damage, however the interior of the home/building will suffer from severe smoke or soot damage. This requires a company with trained personnel and the necessary chemicals to clean the affected areas, as well as any personal contents. NRFS is surely that company.
 
Mold - We work with independent Industrial Hygienists and follow their detailed protocols based on IICRC and NYC guidelines for Mold Remediation. We have all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment to protect our technicians, and to complete any size job.
