Their rep, Mark, was excellent. He helped us navigate everything with the insurance company and, once restoration work began, checked in regularly. A team was immediately sent to remove the damaged plaster wall and hardwood floor. Restoration was done by a true professional, John, who did beautiful work. We truly recommend National Restoration. They make a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with thanks to their professionalism and knowledge. Plus, they’re just really nice people!
